Web3 Senior Customer Support
I have over 10 years in customer facing positions with big banks, website builders, and travel clubs. During that time, I grew to become very comfortable assisting customers with the clarity to "be there" with everyone I assisted, and with a natural empathy that wasn't, or couldn't be typically taught.
In those environments, I became very familiar with an assortment of customer tracking software, aws, microsofts suite of programs, and, the ability to teach and train newer employees was a common task given to me by leadership.
With that out of the way, I am very involved with the web3 and crypto industries resulting from my own interests. I am building a project for web3 as a student of the current buildspace nights and weekends schedule, only the 4th running of this project builders school.
I also have been building my own NFT and art brand using social media, and networking, and ultimately want to work here in web3, and if possible utilize my customer servuce experience to help provide the best customer care in Web3.
