Blockchain enthusiast since 2016 with functional knowledge of various blockchains and scaling solutions. Led Web3 initiatives at the organization to increase acceptance and explore the possibility of stepping into the ecosystem.

Having started my carrier as developer I have worked my way up by leading technical teams to working closely with C level executives to shape and deliver a business vision in a multi-vendor and multi-technology environment.

I'm a servant leader who always puts others before myself. I think it's important to get my hands dirty and do my part.

I have extensive experience in design and executing the same with close co-ordination with product managers and development team located across various time zones. 

Being PRINCE2® Practitioner and Agile Certified ScrumMaster® I have a sound understanding of both waterfall and Agile methodologies. I assess and evaluate the best implementation methodology based on product need.

Continuous improvement was at the forefront of all the implementation led by me where factual learnings from previous phase are very critical to improve all future phases.

I am constantly looking for opportunities for improvement by automating routine tasks which helps team focus on more creative activities.
