As the DevOps lead for a software development team responsible for a SaaS product hosted on AWS, my role is critical in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. With great visibility and impact, I relish the technical challenges and opportunities to learn and grow in this position.

My responsibilities include supporting internal development by managing build and source control workflows, as well as deployment to both internal dev and test environments and AWS cloud staging and production environments. Additionally, I set up and monitor cloud infrastructure and promptly respond to and remediate any infrastructure alarms and failures. I am also responsible for ongoing monitoring of security threats and ensuring compliance with security policy, as well as managing and testing the company's disaster recovery programs.

I am actively involved in supporting and participating in SOC2 Type 2 audit and certification, as well as managing the ops budget. I am committed to continuously refining internal processes to ensure cost and operational efficiency. Overall, my focus is on ensuring that the company's SaaS product runs smoothly and securely, and that our team is equipped with the tools and processes needed to achieve optimal results
