Web3 Product Head, driving product strategy, tech development roadmap, operations and execution across a portfolio of DeFi, DePIN, and AgentiFi products, taking initiatives from 0-to-1 through product design, development, deployment, GTM and ecosystem growth. AgentFi Platform - Designed & developed WallE, an agent intelligence trading platform leveraging wallet intelligence and persistent memory. After a GTM rebuild, achieved 20K waitlist in one week. DePIN & DeFi Protocol - Developed working prototype GRID protocol and XIELD protocol to unify fragmented DePIN ecosystems under a single index and enable active and passive yield to Gamers respectively in Solana. No-Code Web3 AI Infrastructure - Developed dApp.fun, an AI no-code platform enabling business users (non-coders) to generate and deploy smart contracts, and ready to launch decentralized application in minutes. Capital & Grant Acquisition: Secured a $2.9M fund in pre-seed from leading ecosystem investors including Avalanche and Polygon and over USD 500K grants in tranches by presenting product prototype and robust product metrics from various funds with majorly secured from Hedera Foundation. Team & Operations: Led 40+ member Product, Engineering & Design team, coordinating roadmap execution, product delivery, design, technical development and launch operations. AI-Accelerated Product Development: Spearheaded AI product intervention since 2025, to rapidly generate Figma UI prototype with frontend code, PRDs, test edge-case matrices, and documentation-to-prompt-to-product workflow before committing engineering resources, shortening the dev cycle. Cloud & Tools: Worked across AWS, GCP, AWS Bedrock, AI/ML pipelines, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Claude Code, Antigravity and modern AI development environments.

Led key client engagements, project delivery, production software rollouts, and community growth bridging executive stakeholder requirements with field & digital operations, hands-on data and engineering delivery. Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Formulated and executed an 18-month project roadmap phased across 5 operational stages, aligning marketing campaigns, technology, and field operations to engage 62M constituents. High-Concurrency Application Deployment: Scoped, co-architected, and launched "Stalin Ani," a gamified mobile platform built for cadre engagement; achieved 400K+ downloads within the first 4 weeks of launch. Digital Community Growth: Built and deployed a web-based registration infrastructure that enabled 3Mn+ digital memberships in 100 days. 0-to-1 Organizational Leadership: Built from scratch and led a 320+ member multi-disciplinary team spanning Product, Data, Engineering, Intelligence & Field Ops; institutionalized SLA trackers to maintain execution velocity.
