Led the architectural design and development efforts for over 30 new features, focusing on React.js and AWS, in alignment with Agile methodologies. Architected feature-rich gaming, rewards, and a pack NFT project for a major sports league. Directed the development of 40+ applications with Angular and React.js, significantly contributing to an annual revenue increase of over $4M. Developed a rewards staking feature for our NFT stack.

Spearheaded the development of technology solutions for membership, event, and legal platforms, boosting ad revenue by $50K+ annually. Develop and implement frontend solutions for decentralized applications (dApps) using React.js, Web3.js, and other relevant technologies. Architected the DAO launcher feature on the Commonwealth DAO Platform. This feature allowed users to launch a DAO using any governor contract and fully integrate their newly created DAO into our DAO Platform. Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms for accessing blockchain networks and interacting with smart contracts. Utilized modern development tools and methodologies, including Git, Webpack, Babel, and Agile/Scrum, to streamline the development process and maximize productivity.

Led the technical migration of the flagship product to NodeJS, improving scalability and performance, which resulted in a 14% increase in customer conversion (~$90,000 in new monthly revenue). Designed and implemented a robust testing framework, ensuring feature parity and preventing regression bugs. Raised $60 million valuations, grew the assets under management (AUM) to $30 million and 58,000 users, and increased daily active users (DAU) from 1,500 to 4,000. Earned 5.0 in iOS the App Store and 4.7 in the Google Play Store. Implemented a Node.js server for membership validation and digital badge tracking, saving $22.5K.

Integrated external APIs into web pages and applications, working closely with three engineering and design teams. Enhanced existing data systems for improved efficiency and executed the integration of software into 13 advanced systems using Angular. Implemented responsive designs using CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation, and Materialize to create visually appealing and mobile-friendly interfaces.
