As the Lead Developer for KibokoDAO, my core responsibility is to architect and oversee the technical development of our decentralized ecosystem, ensuring that all smart contracts and DAO components are secure, scalable, and aligned with our community’s governance principles. More specifically: Smart Contract Development: I lead the design and implementation of core smart contracts, including our ERC721A-based KibokoNFT contract, DAO governance logic, royalty mechanisms (ERC2981), and on-chain interactions to facilitate community participation and voting. Infrastructure & Deployment: I handle deployment strategies across EVM-compatible chains, ensure seamless integration with third-party platforms like Rarible, and manage DevOps around staging, testnets, and mainnet migrations. Security & Auditing: I enforce rigorous testing and audit practices (including static analysis and fuzzing) before any contract goes live, ensuring protection against vulnerabilities such as reentrancy or gas griefing. Team Collaboration: I lead a small but focused team of developers, guiding code reviews, task delegation, and tech mentorship to maintain clean and efficient codebases while supporting an agile development cycle. Community & Ecosystem Integration: I serve as a bridge between the community and the technical implementation translating DAO proposals into executable logic, and integrating tools like Snapshot, Safe, and potentially L2 rollups or bridges for scalability. Product Vision Alignment: I contribute directly to product planning by aligning our technical roadmap with KibokoDAO’s broader goals, such as IP monetization through NFTs, creator royalties, and decentralized governance. Ultimately, my role is to ensure that KibokoDAO’s tech stack remains resilient, future-proof, and community first as we build a sustainable on-chain culture and economy.
