Hi,

My name is Rafael (I also go by Rafa), I´m 27 years old, graduated in Business Management, in Brazil. 

I´ve worked for more than 7 years in the Oil and Gas giant ExxonMobil. I started off as a Trainee in the company and later on had roles related to Fuels and Lubricants Business, IT, and also Chemicals organization.

I am a big enthusiast of web 3.0, ever since I started investing in crypto projects in late 2017. I love to study and talk about these subjects, that´s why I believe I could be a great fit professionaly speaking to any company in this area.

I have good interpersonal skills, coordination skills, I´m a fast-learner guy (my track-record in different areas and roles can prove that), and I can easily adapt to new environments. I get motivated by working with different people and achieving goals. Very organized and detail-oriented as well. 

I speak portuguese (native), and also english and spanish.

Currently, I work as a Business Consultant for 2 big textile enterprises in the south of Brazil, working closely to them in terms of strategy, processes, systems improvements, marketing, finance, sales, human resources, etc. given my experiences academically and professionally in these fields. But what I really want is to migrate to a more global role and whitin web 3.0 related subjects, which is my passion.
