My academic journey is marked by a relentless pursuit of knowledge and specialization. I am presently enhancing my expertise through a Master in Law and Technology at FGV Law São Paulo, paralleled by my engagement with the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center as a ReFi Talent. My foundational legal knowledge was cultivated during my Bachelor of Law at the Centro Universitário do Rio de Janeiro, followed by a Post-Graduation in Digital Law, which solidified my proficiency in the digital legal domain.

Professional Milestones
In my current role as the Head of Data Protection and Technology at CEDAE, I am at the forefront of implementing the LGPD (General Data Protection Law) within the company, providing critical legal advice, and serving as a direct advisor to the Data Protection Officer (DPO). My previous tenure as an Attorney at Corporate Legal Management saw me offering strategic legal counsel to senior management across various sectors including corporate, insurance, and environmental law. As a Consulting Lawyer Adviser, I provided guidance on public procurements and administrative contracts, further honing my advisory capabilities.

A notable highlight in my career is my involvement in a pioneering project at GITEC - FGV/SP, where I played a key role in the creation of a decentralized exchange (DEX) named Toshi. This project not only showcased my ability to navigate the cutting-edge intersection of law and technology but also my capacity to contribute to innovative solutions in the financial technology space.

My commitment to environmental and water management issues is evident through my active participation as a member of the Legal Chamber for the Guandu Watershed Committee of RJ, where I continue to contribute my legal expertise.

My professional acumen is complemented by a Certified Information Privacy Professional - Europe (CIPP/E) credential from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and a certification in professional speaking from Rogéria Guida, which underscores my eloquence and public speaking prowess.
