Experienced QA Engineer with more than 7 years of commercial experience in manual testing across web, mobile, desktop, and API-based products. I have worked in fintech, crypto, banking, CRM, and transfer management domains, covering both product quality control and process improvement. My background includes functional and non-functional testing, regression and smoke testing, API validation, UI and localization testing, security-focused checks, test documentation creation, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. 

At this stage, I am looking for a Senior Manual QA / QA Lead position where I can bring not only hands-on testing expertise, but also leadership, ownership, and structured quality practices. In my current and previous roles, I have contributed to mentoring activities, process improvement initiatives, security policy review, and communication alignment between stakeholders, developers, and QA. I am comfortable participating in planning, refining requirements, identifying gaps early, improving test coverage, and helping teams build a more predictable quality process. 

I have strong experience in building test artifacts such as test plans, test strategies, checklists, bug reports, progress reports, summary reports, and traceability matrices. I have also worked in Agile environments, participated in stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives, and supported teams in keeping quality standards aligned with business goals. On recent projects, I was also involved in performance-oriented testing activities, including writing tests for load and transaction-processing speed validation using k6 and Node.js.

I am looking for a role where I can lead quality efforts, strengthen QA processes, mentor team members, and ensure that testing brings business value rather than acting as a final validation step only.
