Led product strategy and launch execution for the Huddle01 Uniswap CCA-based launchpad, defining sale mechanics, buyer flows, and KYC integration (Identity & POA) that generated 518 bids and $60K+ in community sale volume. Designed a tiered node-sale whitelist, converting 3K+ signups into 500 buyers (17% conversion) and $500K+ in node sales. Worked on the Huddle01 testnet questing platform design and user flows with the team, and independently owned quest design and channel partnerships, helping scale to 190K+ users (~20% of signups via partners). Partnered with the product lead on strategy and roadmap across protocol and payments lines, running monthly cross-functional product reviews (eng / design / marketing).

Scaled Huddle01 Meet 3x year-over-year to 6.12M minutes and 159,503 meetings (2024); grew developer SDK usage 10x to ~1M minutes. Reached 17,906 unique users and ~942 MAU via multi-region infrastructure supporting 6,000+ concurrent peers. Launched FarHouse, a Clubhouse-like live-audio app for web3 social, to 6K+ total active users and 500K+ yearly minutes; designed its weighted incentive algorithm. Built an end-to-end NFT ticketing system (Luma to NFT mint to XMTP) for a 0-to-1 community event, FIL Bangalore, issuing 1,500 tickets with a 1,200 turnout. Integrated crypto and fiat payment gateways - CopperX for the token / node sale and Stripe for the Huddle01 Meet subscription platform. Built product-metrics dashboards in Metabase and Dune for Huddle01 Meet and the node network, tracking minutes-per-meeting, retention, and node-sales, and exposing inflated 'meeting-count' vanity metrics for product and leadership.

Shipped core web3 meeting features like token-gating and Lens/NFT identity for the early Huddle01 platform. Built multichain wallet login functionality via an open-source wallet package (core + React) for the early Huddle01 platform.
