In the two years i've been inside crypto, a good portion of the last one was spent working for a Polkadot ecosystem wallet application as a direct subordinate of the Community Manager, my first task there was to manage and create the standards for the Q&A events that occurred every week and at the same time manage a translation team who would propagate the content they had created through the many languages the project supported. A total of 9 team members were under my management at the time. I had to hire, fire, talk, organize meetings, set up payments and coordinate these two different teams of people during the first six months. Later on, I felt that I needed a new challenge, so I chose to stick only with the translation team to improve the project communication with the various international communities. Every step of the way I had to participate in weekly or biweekly meetings with the higher ups to define what strategies we would follow, improvements that could be made and general reporting.
