I have worked as a Team Leader in a non-voice BPO company for more than 5 years it was more of a data entry and customer service job. I do the verification when it comes to those successful leads by listening to each of those calls and whether the agents follow proper call handling. I also check if we have enough heads to dial the campaigns for that day.
