Designed and implemented a resource-optimization strategy for a commercial specialty-crop operation. Cut operating (plant-nutrition) costs 21% and improved key crop-quality metrics via a revised nutrition schedule based on classical agronomic methodology. Standardized protocols and procedures, improving consistency of outcomes. Operated within an international, cross-cultural commercial production environment.

Built and ran an independent distribution and field-operations business end-to-end across two regions. Assembled and led a small specialist team delivering services directly to end clients. Managed regional distribution, moving 70–80 t/year of product across assigned territory. Operated a supporting fleet of 4 self-propelled units as an additional service line.

Took a new product line from early R&D through full industrial launch: process testing on legacy equipment, raw material sourcing, staffing, packaging, first dispatch. Converted a disused 1952 facility into a running pilot plant with dedicated lab and admin space over 30 months. Scaled output to 230 t/year; built the operational foundation for production, logistics, and quality control. Contributed to distribution expansion across 8–10 regions as part of the core brand launch team. Built and managed a cross-border supplier network (8 suppliers, China/Turkey/Russia), ~$250K annual procurement.
