Vibe Coding/Vertical Ai
Web3 & AI Specialist | Blockchain Researcher | Data Analyst
Now I will explain how a medical chemistry graduate wound up elbow-deep in crypto and AI without sounding like a LinkedIn bot. It started with late nights at Universidade da Beira Interior. The usual grind of memorizing reaction mechanisms and mad scientist lab experiments. Here I discovered the meaning of calmness and relaxation while working alone in a lab. Through hours of research in the library, I discovered the wonderful world of web searching and what can be truly achieved with it. Here, I found my true self and realized that I didn't want to work in a conventional job, not in the old ways at least. I eaggered for something new, something just out of the box. Then the COVID came, and the time for the true research of "new meca" had arrived. Fast forward two years, and I’m somehow the guy who friends DM when their MetaMask wallet glitches mid-airdrop or when the markets boil over with volatility. It turns out tracking volatile organic compounds of spectrums isn’t that different from tracking volatile crypto markets. Who knew?
These days, my routine’s a weird cocktail: mornings parsing blockchain metrics like I’m still analyzing spectroscopy graphics, afternoons trying to make AI scripts and automations behave (seriously, AI acts more like a moody lab partner than tech), and evenings being that annoying Discord mood of who actually reads whitepapers and participates in community discussions. Found myself accidentally fluent in things like scalp trading, market trends, and the dark art of spotting rug pulls—turns out years of peer-reviewing research papers train you to smell stinky white papers from miles away.
The AI obsession hit hard last winter. Started with a simple use of chatGPT and spiraled into building automated workflows with n8n and make. Still can’t decide if prompt engineering is genius or just glorified tarot card reading for machines.
Oh, and those “entrepreneurial ventures” people list to sound legit? Mine involve comparing mycelium growth patterns to crypto adoption curves (Shroomy wasn’t just a Covid lockdown dream).
Covilhã was where my madness was brewed—Portuguese mountain air, questionable Wi-Fi, and enough expresso to power a small blockchain node. This is me. If any of this makes sense to you, let’s get in touch.
