Designed and delivered production-grade generative AI systems for automation, knowledge access, and decision support. Built and deployed Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) platforms, multi-agent AI architectures, and conversational systems integrating enterprise data sources (Supabase, SharePoint, Google Drive) with multi-channel interfaces (web, Slack, Discord, META, Twilio). Implemented OpenAI API–driven workflows, custom vector stores, and AI orchestration pipelines, supported by analytics and memory management tooling.

Worked closely with executive leadership on solution design, client engagements, and technical pitching. Supported tender submissions, delivered platform demonstrations, and hosted webinars explaining the emerging field of AI, showcasing its capabilities and early generative AI use cases integrated into the OutSystems platform. Built applied technology demonstrations using OpenAI APIs and managed Salesforce CRM for sales pipeline visibility and operational support.

Delivered high-impact automation and intelligent system solutions across enterprise environments, focusing on scalable architecture, API-driven workflows, and performance optimisation. As an RPA Expert at Metropolitan Health (GEMS), rebuilt a UiPath automation into a streamlined, API-integrated system achieving ~10× performance improvement while automating structured and unstructured data workflows (email, Excel, PDF, OCR). At CLEVVA (Pty) Ltd, led integration work using REST, SOAP, JSON, and database automation to enable platform interoperability and establish a new integration-driven line of business. These engagements emphasised system optimisation, integration architecture, and production-grade automation, forming a strong foundation for continued innovation in advanced automation technologies.

Joined Accenture as a software engineering intern and progressed to associate and analyst roles, building a strong foundation in enterprise systems and applied automation. Delivered conversational and learning tools, analysed complex business processes across financial services and telecommunications, and transitioned into intelligent automation using Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, and UiPath. Contributed to Accenture Liquid Studio (R&D), developing prototypes showcasing emerging technologies, and led a production automation initiative for a mining client involving API-driven email, data processing, and database automation.
