• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platform. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the content created is useful for customers. • Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages. • Producing and editing multimedia content, such as creating scripts, videos and graphics for social media use. • Become a livestreaming host to attract customers and help customers make purchase on three E-commerce sites, Tiktok, Tokopedia, and Shopee.

• Managed all content on Shopee Video is in accordance with Shopee regulations • Performed Quality Control on content uploaded by creators on Shopee Video • Organized videos uploaded by creators on Shopee Video according to the label • Handle necessary escalation from feedback problems and reported videos. • Participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform
