I have experience working in customer support. I started with Deriv, an online trading platform that offers options, CFD, crypto, forex, Mt5, etc. My role was to serve the client to the best of my ability, and I was successful as I worked in the trading team. Working for Deriv I learned to handle an average of 80 customers daily. 

Later, I joined Binance, the number one crypto exchange in the world. Even though my role didn't change as much, I ended up learning a lot about crypto, and I was impressed by blockchain technology.
