At Atabix (Amsterdam, case-management SaaS for government) the work started in the development team (sprints, features, shipping), then moved to operations. Multiple public and semi-public clients live on Atabase. Rollouts ran from three to twelve months; some work was a full implementation, some was migration only. Day to day meant coordinating consultants, dev team and the client. Integrations included APIs, SSO, other case systems and custom connections per client. Enough depth in those integrations to ask better questions and keep scope realistic.
Before that: the contracting process in HR-tech. Clients, professionals, suppliers, compliance, high volume.
