Customer Service
Hello,
My name is Robert Gipson, and I am looking for a non-technical role within the Web3 environment. Regarding my education, I graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a B.A. in History, B.A. in Cultural/Geospatial Studies, and an A.S. in Ozark-Ouachita Studies. I also have achieved on obtaining a Google Cybersecurity Certificate.
With my work experience, at Kroger I was a Grocery Pickup clerk. With this role, I successfully coordinated with departments in a high-volume store in order to ensure customer's orders were ordered to the exact detail they wanted or close to it within the time-frame the customer was set to pick up their orders. Due to my proficiency and dependability at Kroger, I have been tasked with training/instructing new employees at times on protocols as a Grocery Pickup Clerk. I also worked in a university setting as a Research Technician. The work I was tasked with was mostly data entry work, but I was able to work with software such as QGIS and ArcGIS which are mapping software. My skills learned from these positions would be valuable within an organization.
The work I am looking for is non-technical in the Web3 sphere. It could be a HR position, community growth based role, etc. While my interest are mostly non-technical, I am also eager to learn and would be open to explore entry-level technical positions that would offer opportunities for growth and development.
Thank you for reading, and I hope to hear from you soon!
