Responsible for monitoring the achievement of after sales targets for the Kalimantan, Sulawesi & Papua areas. Set an annual schedule of visits to the Dealership. Set target and activity every weekly. Identify potential sales through data Dealer Monthly Report. Create achievement target Dealer controls using the Power BI dashboard. Weekly meetings with management to convey progress towards achieving targets. Supervise social media (Instagram, etc.)

Distribution of target service & parts to dealers. Supports dealer to achieve aftermarket product (Activity: Genba, Reminder & Follow Up). Provides recommendation business strategies and corrective action plans (PDCA Analysis).

Accompany practicum students and supervise students during exams.
