I am an established Russian Crypto Linguist with experience in Community (Gaming) and Language (Translation EN-RU, Localization, QA) Management.

Currently, I am looking for a full-time remote position related to Russian Community/Language/Growth Management in a Web3 company.

An ideal match would be a Blockchain-based MMORPG that would require me to immerse myself into the game and be in charge of everything related to the Russian language.

What I can do:

- Translate in-game, marketing, legal materials from English into Russian

- Coordinate translations made by other linguists/agencies

- Create original content in Russian

- Promote Russian content via various social media platforms

- Shape an authentic localized brand that would seem as if your product was created in Russia

- Consistently review and correct the already deployed content (in-game, website, social media)

- Be present in Discord or on a similar platform to moderate, post updates, answer questions, etc.

- Organize in-game, Discord, social media events to engage and grow the community

- Create Growth Quests to stimulate the community to promote the project

- Research and identify potential collabs/leads

- Experiment with unusual solutions to drive growth

What I will bring to your team:

- Crypto enthusiast since 2017, deep understanding of Web3

- 7+ years of experience in Russian Content Management

- Provided language-related services to Ledger, dYdX, Polygon, Consensus, and other industry leaders

- Native Russian speaker, born and raised in Russia

- Master’s degree in Business from a Canadian university

- Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and Master’s degree in Economics from a Russian university

- MMORPG player since 2004, lead clans, moderated forums (Lineage 2, GW2, WoW)

- Great understanding of GameFi: In-game DEXs, staking, on-chain crafting, NFT characters, items

- Friendly and supportive personality, detail-oriented, high degree of autonomy
