Built the features and working team from zero,

-  Product development,
Identified the user growth opportunity in gaming and social referral, built the product line to encourage to play game or refer Aliexpress to their community, and brought significant new users which is not possible to reach via commercial channels. The product line kept high growth rate and contributed 20% of the daily user acquirement within 2 years with the cost of 1/3 less globally. 

-  Brazil user growth via social games 
In charge of the user growth of Aliexpress relaunch in Brazil, craved the integrated user acquirement strategy and led a corss-functional team including marketing, App design, commercial channel and commodity team to leveraging a localized social games to quickly attract new buyers. And achieved 50% contribution in buyer numbers and cost efficiency improved cross channels.
