I was employed as a sales operations officer and within the first year, i was rewarded with the plague of sincerity and promoted to become a sales Operations supervisor.
I have been able to supervise and process sales orders to the tune of 3million dollars in the previous year and still counting.
As part of customer success, i have been mandated to liase with customers, churned and present and i have been able to bring in orders worth 12,500 dollars this year alone.
To enable me dispense my duty appropriately, i have upskilled, taking course on Operations Management, Customer Relationship Management and Customer Management all obtained from Great Learning.
