ANO is live on Base mainnet: an end-to-end encrypted messenger with a native self-custody wallet, an ERC-20 token deployed, 100% sponsored gas so users never touch network fees, and a production deployment of the x402 micropayment protocol. Solidity, ethers.js and viem, with real users.

Alongside it I run an autonomous multi-agent AI pipeline on AWS serverless with Claude, and a multi-tenant marketplace SaaS with database-per-tenant isolation and deep LLM integration.

Before crypto I spent two decades where money and regulators are the constraint: I designed the payment architecture for Splitit, now a publicly traded company, a European gaming payment wallet under GDPR and AML, and payment and check-clearing systems for a major insurance group. I also migrated a live e-commerce platform from Azure to AWS with no service interruption, +50% scalability and 30% lower cost.

I run Beatman, my own software and cloud architecture firm, and I have been building software for 24 years.

What I'm looking for: remote contract or fractional work as a technical architect or CTO, on AI infrastructure, agent systems, or on-chain products. Part-time or full-time, from three days a week. I take projects end to end, from framing and security model through to production.
