Built a production-ready web app that onboards new users with guided checklists, progress tracking, and instant cashback rewards for on-chain activity (e.g., posting on Hive). Implemented systems for managing onboarders, configuring rewards, and tracking performance, along with admin dashboards for analytics and report exports (PDF/CSV). Collaborated closely with stakeholders to iterate, ship, and maintain the product for reliable onboarding and user growth.

Led end-to-end development of a Web3 cashback platform built on the Hive blockchain. Responsible for product planning, requirement gathering, architecture, and full-stack implementation across web and mobile platforms. Developed and delivered a production-ready web application along with iOS and Android apps, including integration of Hive Web3 login, on-chain transactions, and QR-based payment/feedback systems. Built features enabling users to earn HBD cashback rewards for making payments and submitting on-chain feedback, while helping businesses increase visibility and customer engagement. Designed incentive systems such as cashback loops, leaderboards, and reward ladders to drive repeat usage. Actively collaborated with stakeholders and the community through continuous communication, support handling, and feedback iteration, ensuring smooth product adoption and real-world usability.

Contributed to the development of the mobile apps for 3Speak, a decentralized video platform on the Hive Blockchain, delivering production-ready iOS and Android applications. Worked across both frontend and backend, making enhancements to core systems and APIs as needed. Helped evolve the 3Speak backend into a reusable platform by improving and exposing APIs. Enabled integration of 3Speak services across multiple ecosystem apps such as Actifit, Ecency, PeakD, and LeoFinance, expanding its usage beyond a single application into a broader Web3 media infrastructure
