Hey there, My name is Star Tucker and I am a production designer with over 10 years of experience in the design industry which has led me to build my expertise in being a creative safety net for businesses and their design processes. Over the years I have built a refinement in what I bring to my role as a production designer, and as an aid, to help creative teams navigate design ideas and products safely to the finish line. I have the most experience within the retail sector where I have developed a sense in identifying and interpreting trends into consumer relevant collections and campaigns, while driving the creative process from concept to consumer. My career history has allowed me to be a part of the process of generating quality design and product that has made its way to stores across the United States. My most current role has been with Macy's as a contract production artist where I have been involved in overseeing a broad spectrum of client brand assets for multiple media types including: on-site & offsite advertising, email banners, and campaign landing pages. As a production designer, I feel that I have developed a cohesive flow within my own work process that allows proper momentum and understanding between teammates as well as cross functional teams. I believe that the role of a production designer is a key component in bringing initial ideas and plans into their final phases with ease, structure and organization. I am hoping to carry my current knowledge of working within the design industry and my skill set within visual strategy into a new role amongst the web3 space. As a designer, it is always my intention to keep expanding, experimenting, and learning. I am looking for a role that will allow me this and for the space to keep doing what I do best: providing design solutions.
