I am quite experienced in project management, quality management and process management, working across all levels of organization, rich experienced in traditional project management skills and agile methodologies. And I have superb organizational skills and an analytical view on maximizing value and efficiency, with system thinking to drive improvements not only on process but more on value-delivering. I serve as a liaison to senior management with macro view on organization objectives and daily operations on priority changes and resource adjustments. 

And I have been working in different organization and experienced lots of projects, which gives me learning opportunities from different industries. Responsibilities & Achievements:CW is a world-class financial service provider, founded in 2017 by crypto, cybersecurity & finance veterans, provides spot, future and other services. I joined CW as the project director, reporting to CEO, and was responsible for cooperation across all levels, getting alignment and achieve organizational objectives. At that time, there were a variety of challenges in the company, including urgent business not supported by R&D team, slow response, poor communication among teams with limited information sharing, massive planned requirement with no plan to deliver, unsatisfied deliver quality, and so on. And here are my main responsibilities: 1. Setup project management system including define project initiation and monitor processes, define roles and responsibilities, create measurements and incident report framework and so on. 2. Accountable for 1000+ projects delivery, catalyze continuous improvements with project&process monitor, measurement report analyze, defect inspection, retrospectives, and random feedbacks. 3. Share critical information, manage risk and challenges, drive organization transparency with various information sharing channels and communication opportunities. 4. Supplier management including contract management, project scope definition, monitor and deliver quality control, financial reporting etc. 5.
