My name is Sam Smith, yes like the singer! Im a 29 year old mom of two and newly wife. Ive been a stay at home mom for a few years and ready to get back to working. Ive worked in customer service for 10 plus years in person and over the phone as a debt collector. You might say... "Oh a stay at home mom? What can you do?" 
As to that I'll say if i can handle the most mentally exhausting job there is for parents i can handle just about anything. Lucky for me my girls are in school, so Ive got alot of free time. 

Good qualities about me are I have free time for work, a space at home to work from home. Great customer service in both directions- meaning I have a heart, I'm compassionate when I need to be. On the other hand, I'm firm. If something needs collected or done. I can get that task done or resolved. I not one to quit when I dont know that answer. Im the one who will do the work for find the answer.
