2024.1 - Present Externality Labs Product Co-founder <Project Background>： Led by SevenX in the first round of fundraising, with a valuation exceeding $20 million. <Key Responsibilities & Achievements> Product Design - Solely responsible for the product iteration and design of the Lott3ry project (Fully On-Chain Charitable Lottery) and its related campaigns. - Accelerated project progress by over 60% after joining the team, leading two major product iterations of Lott3ry (main product). Over 200 Linear issues have been submitted until now. - Successfully deployed Lott3ry's MVP version contracts on ETH Mainnet, Arbitrum, and Taiko Hekla. - During the ETH Denver event, the BTC annual yield for Lott3ry miners surpassed 100%. - Oversaw significant iterations and optimizations for Lott3ry v1 on both frontend and backend, improving functionality, user experience, and visual design. - Led the planning and design of the [Lott3ry & Taiko Giveaway Campaign], establishing a template for future multi-chain collaboration campaigns. - Independently developed the MVP version of Satoshi Miner, a TMA (Telegram Mini App) tied to Lott3ry v2, building the product from the ground up (0→1). UX, UI Design - Independently managed all graphic and interaction design for the products under my responsibility (as there was no full-time designer in the team). - Led the visual identity (VI) iterations for Lott3ry v1. - Delivered all design requirements for post-v1 operations, including 2D and 2.5D assets (with 3D design capabilities as well). - Created and iterated the Lott3ry Brand Guide. - Managed the iteration of the Lott3ry Deck. Team Building & External Collaboration - Recruited 2 new team members, overseeing the entire process from drafting job descriptions to posting on 20+ recruitment channels and conducting interviews. - Expanded→connected→evaluated→shortlisted over 5 external game studios.
