Tested Wallet, Referral and Affiliate, Spot, Futures, Convert, fees, funding, liquidation, and KYC on BTSE's centralized crypto exchange. Used Manual and Exploratory Testing, E2E Web API validation, Browser DevTools, WebSocket inspection, boundary and negative testing, SQL through TablePlus, and cross-browser testing. Identified and escalated three high-severity financial-logic defects across trading, referral commission, and conversion flows.

Led six Automation Engineers in a fully remote ASML engagement covering HMI eP5 modules iCDU, MM Flow, and ADEL. Planned work, reviewed code and test cases, and coordinated delivery and acceptance within the existing TestComplete architecture. The six engineers completed most implementation coding. Designed the setup, execution, cleanup, and reset workflow for unattended normal runs; connection failures required manual investigation. Used Bitbucket and Bamboo with TestComplete, and delivered TOI and technical handover to client engineering teams.

Served as SEG Leader and QA Leader for enterprise security products, combining incident RCA, hotfix validation, and system and performance testing. Wrote Python monitoring for Chrome Beta and Stable releases through Google APIs, triggering browser updates, sensitive-file upload tests, and email alerts when DLP failed to block an upload. This helped the team address compatibility issues before customer reports. Initiated an issue-type-based DLP diagnostic guide. In its first month, the share of cases SEG returned to L2 for missing information fell by 20 percentage points, according to figures shared by my manager. Received Trend Micro's internal Yearly Best SEG Engineer recognition in 2019 and 2021.

Acted as SEG Leader and final escalation point for complex customer incidents, coordinating reproduction, root-cause analysis, workarounds, hotfix validation, and engineering handoff. Translated recurring escalations into product fixes, validation improvements, and support documentation.
