I’ve spent the last several years building and scaling Web3 products across gaming, AI, and infrastructure. Most recently as Head of Growth at Synternet, I led the full growth engine for their AI agent ecosystem, owned user acquisition and activation, launched GTM strategies for new chain expansions, and built large community funnels and ambassador programs. Before that, I founded Metaverse Solutions and advised 30+ projects on GTM, partnerships, token strategy, and fundraising. I also led global partnerships at Yield Guild Games and helped scale KAP Games’ publishing ecosystem.

From April 2023 to February 2025, as Head of Partnerships and Investments at KAP Games—a premier web3 gaming distributor, publisher, and studio specializing in browser and mobile-native experiences that leverages emerging technologies to build a vibrant ecosystem—I led strategic partnership development and management, including identifying, negotiating, and maintaining collaborations with game developers, blockchain platforms, and industry players, resulting in the listing of over 200 web3 games, while analyzing market trends, implementing performance metrics, and expanding publishing capabilities. In investment strategy and execution, I developed and implemented approaches to evaluate and secure promising projects through due diligence, portfolio management, and relationships with venture firms and investors, structuring deals aligned with long-term growth. For ecosystem growth and platform development, I drove platform expansion by onboarding high-quality games, providing integration support, boosting user acquisition and engagement, fostering communities, enhancing features, and securing service-expanding partnerships. Operationally, I managed and mentored a team of professionals, delivered performance reports to senior management, maintained stakeholder communications, represented the company at industry events, and streamlined processes for efficiency and scalability.

I was initially an early member of the Axie Infinity community and joined the YGG community in November of 2020 where I built a community focused on LATAM called YGG LATAM (the largest web3 Guild in LATAM at the time) which later became OlaGG where I am now an advisor. I then joined YGG as their Head of Partnerships in March of 2021, their 5th employee. I was present during their ascent to a $12b FDV valuation and their positioning as THE premier web3 gaming community.
