Define the QA Strategy at company level together with Engineering and Senior Managers of the department and put in place a working processes right from Design review, DEV to PRD releases.Define DOR and DOD , work with all stakeholders to ensure quality is builtin.

Good understanding of ITIL process to ensure release management processes are well adopted across every team. Evangelise the release process across teams to make releases in a smoother manner.

Extensive ideas and knowledge on harnessing teams to build automation tests API, E2E , UI , Performance and security tests through QAOPS and DEVSECOPS.

Taking care of people right from hiring and onboarding to coaching and supporting to make them reach their highest potential and feel psychologially safe to work across teams and support them on their daily tasks and their stakeholders management.

QA Technical stack:  Sonarqube, Postman , Newman , AzureDevOPS, Stress test using Gatling, Robot Framework , APPIUM, Browserstack, ISTQB Foundation level certified.
