 Answered questions from participants in English, helped them solve problems in Telegram/Discord, or on the platform.
  Created training materials for new employees joining our project.
  Moderated/administrated English-speaking Telegram/Discord chats and channels with over 60,000 participants.
  Processed requests/tickets to solve problems on platforms, Telegram/Discord user chats.
  Filled out tables with reports on work done in Google Sheets.
  Interacted with other departments in the company related to the community.
  Worked on quality control of interaction with the community
