Co-designed and developed the core protocol for a blockchain-based Web3 prediction market platform. Recruited, onboarded, mentored, and coordinated numerous engineers across various technical roles. Technical leadership of the development team through the full development cycle – from initial prototype to mainnet launch. Achieved a peak TVL of $30M with zero downtime.
