Technical Product Manager
I'm a builder who ended up running product. I write code alongside the engineers I work with, which means the specs I hand off are the ones I'd want to receive, and the tradeoffs I argue for are ones I've actually lived with.
Most of my last five years has been in crypto data infrastructure, working on the part of the stack that nobody sees but everyone depends on. I like problems where the product is the plumbing. I like small teams where one person can hold both the "why" and the "how" in their head at the same time. I'm happiest when I can close my laptop at the end of the day and point at something that works.
If you're building something where the hard part is technical and the person driving it needs to understand both sides, that's the kind of work I want.
