I am a certified project management professional (PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe SASM/POPM/RTE) with over 13 years of experience in IT and more than 6 years in leadership roles. My career spans quality assurance, program and project management, and leading distributed agile teams in enterprise and start-up contexts.

Most recently, I have been driving delivery for one of the world’s largest payment processors, leading multiple engineering teams in a fully remote US/EU setup. I’ve successfully delivered alternative payment methods, onboarding flows, 3DS and authentication products, and led the design and implementation of a developer experience and delivery-performance BI platform serving 5,000 engineers across 450+ teams.

Beyond payments, I have delivered large-scale projects in machine learning, multilingual platforms, and organizational change initiatives. Managed and delivered a multilingual translation platform integrating ML models, integration with Salesforce, achieving +35 NPS, 76% first-time response improvement, and significant cost savings. Primary point of contact, overseeing end-to-end project delivery and ensuring value delivery for up to 2 projects at a time.
