Data Analyst with 4+ years of freelance experience turning raw, messy data into decisions — primarily in finance and iGaming/betting analytics, where speed and accuracy directly affect revenue. 

What I do: 

- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for KPI tracking: retention, LTV, GGR/NGR, conversion, churn, deposit/withdrawal trends, and cohort analysis 

- Write and optimize SQL queries against large transactional datasets (PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery) — from ad-hoc analysis to scheduled reporting pipelines 

- Automate recurring reporting and data-validation workflows in Python (Pandas, openpyxl) — replacing manual Excel work with repeatable scripts that cut processing time and eliminate copy-paste errors 

- Reconcile and cross-check data across multiple sources (registers, exports, source documents) to catch discrepancies before they reach stakeholders 

- Build advanced Excel models and reports for finance teams: cash flow tracking, budget vs. actual, transaction reconciliation 

Industry focus:

— Finance: transaction analysis, reconciliation, reporting automation for accounting/back-office processes 

— iGaming: player behavior, product/marketing metrics (CAC, CPA, ROAS), retention and monetization dashboards for betting/casino operators 

I've worked independently since April 2022 with international clients on a remote, project and retainer basis, which means I'm used to unclear requirements, incomplete documentation, and getting from "here's a folder of files" to a clean, trustworthy report with minimal hand-holding. 

Certified by Microsoft in Excel, Power BI, and SQL (Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate / equivalent). 

Currently looking for remote Data Analyst opportunities (Middle level) with iGaming or fintech companies — both Russian-speaking and English-speaking teams.
