Implement backend features for rent-be against a detailed scoping doc and GitHub issues, with PM review on every PR: a FastAPI service extracting structured rental-contract data via dual OCR (native parsing + Azure AI Document Intelligence), a zero-code JSON template system, and GDPR-aligned stateless processing. Diagnosed a production outage in an existing WhatsApp AI agent (Flask, OpenAI Responses API, Cliniko CRM) caused by a cron misconfiguration, and shipped a new clinician cancellation-notification feature.
