I’m Shiva, a Smart Contract Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Web3. I’ve been focused on upgradable smart contract architecture, building systems that stay flexible as protocols grow and shift.

Four years ago, I discovered the Diamond Standard and it changed everything. I built a fullstack mini game around it, open sourced it, and caught the attention of Nick Mudge, the creator himself. That led me to Laguna Games, where I designed and deployed 250+ smart contracts powering Crypto Unicorns, a game that reached $100M TVL, $25M in asset sales, 50K DAU, and launched at a $2.5B FDV.

When the market hit and the team shrank from 150+ to just 7, I remained the sole founding engineer, trusted to lead, build, and deliver at a whole new level. After Crypto Unicorns wound down, I single-handedly built Neo Olympus, a fully onchain strategy game using DN404, Uniswap V3, and a custom rerolling mechanism. Every project I’ve led has pushed the edge of what’s possible in upgradable contract architecture.
