I was at the intersection of technical innovation and go-to-market strategy, driving daily collaboration with the tech team to translate complex blockchain architecture into compelling narratives that resonated across both investor and user communities. I led the technical content strategy and delivery, and served as the key liaison with top-tier marketing and growth agencies including Kaito, Cookie3, JayPlay, BQ, and Tintinland, among others, building region-specific penetration strategies across Korea, China, and beyond. My sole obsession is the relentless pursuit of understanding AI and blockchain ecosystems, benchmarking how top-performing Web3 companies scale, and crafting laser-sharp strategies that drive real growth.
