Oversaw the development and implementation of a complete platform for managing cryptocurrency assets, including exchange connectivity, balance reconciliation, performance monitoring, and risk analytics at the portfolio level. Built secure integrations with major crypto exchanges to ingest live balances, positions, and trade data, enabling real-time portfolio monitoring and reporting. Implemented institutional-grade performance and risk metrics, including Sharpe, Value-at-Risk (VaR), drawdowns, volatility, and attribution, across multi-asset crypto portfolios. Designed and implemented a market-neutral cryptocurrency pair trading strategy that produced cumulative returns of 368%, 2800%, and 3200% on ETH/BTC, SOL/BTC, and BNB/BTC (January 2021–December 2024 backtest).

Worked as an analyst on the investment desk of the fund directly reporting to the firm’s three Head Fund Managers. My daily responsibilities entailed running Stress Tests on the funds’ holdings, monitoring and updating the team with daily option Greeks of different holdings/strategies within the funds and working out the NAV calculations. Acted as the link between the investment and marketing/distribution teams, sending out daily, weekly and monthly technical updates to the firm’s largest clients. Facilitated the execution of large OTC trades with banks, at times upwards of £100MM notional, managing and handling all data reporting activities with the accounting team and clearing order confirmations on a daily basis.
