Lead product launch strategies for the Asia-Pacific region, integrating market and channel resources from the 4P perspective (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) to achieve commercial success. Oversee product positioning and optimization, supporting feature refinement to ensure alignment with regional market needs. Participate in product expansion, launch planning, post-launch reviews, price adjustments, and end-of-life (EOL) processes. Provide pricing strategy support by assisting in the development and adjustment of product pricing strategies to align with market positioning and competitive dynamics. Collect market feedback, analyze price sensitivity, and provide data-driven insights to inform pricing decisions. Develop channel margin frameworks for new products in the region to balance the interests of the company and channel partners. Support marketing budget allocation for markets and sales based on new product GMV and profit margin targets. Coordinate with sales teams to provide sales tools and training, ensuring product understanding and promotion capabilities. Collect and analyze effectiveness data of marketing campaigns, propose optimizations, and enhance marketing ROI.
