Handled all phases and nitty-gritty of product development from discovery to design to development and documentation. A big part of the job was managing stakeholders, cross-department collaboration, writing MRDs, validating them with prospects, organizing workshops, leading the designs and usability tests, collaborating with engineers, and overseeing stable releases.

Created a design organization chart following a hybrid team structure to efficiently integrate design in cross-functional teams like Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Delivery while ensuring that the design team functions as a separate entity to review designs, share knowledge, and have a consistent vision.

Convinced management to be an early adopter of Material Design back in 2015 to benefit from an elaborate design system and redirect our resources on product design. Facilitated customer workshops, interviews, and design methodologies to understand user needs.

At Verchaska, I was a part of the Product Design team where I engineered both B2B and B2C white label products pertaining to the travel industry.
