Built from scratch a Java part for a checkout system, which was one of the projects in a mid-sized European bank. Involved from the initial architectural phase through to production release. Hiring people, setting up all the initial structure of Kotlin microservices, tools, and technologies. Wrote 20+ integrations with banks myself. Won company-wide AI task completion challenge (PHP codebase, 150+ PHP participants) while being a Kotlin developer. Actively participated in AI competence center initiatives and projects. Split 2 legacy PHP core services to new Kotlin microservices. Was actively prototyping React UI parts for a few applications.

Led a team of 9 professionals in developing a scalable, multi-tenant platform for cloud and hosted mining, enabling B2B and B2C clients to easily engage with the mining world. Designed and built from scratch, integrating physical mining locations with a user-friendly interface for efficient management and operation. Served as the Backend Java/Kotlin Lead, responsible for architecture design, development, code reviews, and writing documentation for the project, including the onboarding process. Worked directly with C-level executives and potential clients, leading and supporting the hiring process.

Contributed to an ecosystem of services for booking places in restaurants worldwide, enabling guests to visit places with ease and comfort, and generating more revenue for restaurateurs. Worked on the Accountant's staff automation, including order-payment matching, invoice generation, sending invoices and reminders, making various reports, supporting different payments, and resolving production issues. Achieved savings on subscriptions and licenses for our part of the system by 50+%, and significantly decreased manual work in less than a year.

The project assists with the tasks commonly performed in the context of license compliance checks, especially for Free and Open Source Software dependencies. Developed new functionality and improved existing ones, mainly focusing on ORT tool reporting, scan optimization, and integrations with vulnerability databases. Supported the ORT review for projects in the company, making them automatic and easy to run.

Cryptocurrency exchange and platform that allows different types of investments. Architected and implemented a few core services for crypto-exchange and invest-platform. Analyzed the problems of existing implementations and provided solutions that improved the stability and reliability of a product. Increased the performance of some parts of the crypto-exchange based on the results of load-testing, and created comprehensive metrics for the services I'm responsible for. Created reliable documentation that provides essential information about code and products. Participated in building our security-audit system from scratch, and helped to solve security incidents. Gained mentoring experience with new employees. Constantly performed code reviews of the services I'm responsible for.

Worked on a large e-commerce project (sapstore.com) based on the Hybris platform for selling SAP digital products. Implemented new features and bug fixes in backend and frontend, and wrote unit and integration tests.
