Designed and implemented an automated workstation from scratch for call center specialists, creating a user-friendly and efficient interface that received high user satisfaction and improved productivity.

Developed a regional program disclosure portal, ensuring user-friendly access and functionality. Created an electronic document management portal with a complete feature set: from collecting reports from regions to generating summary reports across Russia. Implemented a comprehensive document workflow system with data analytics, registry management, and a flexible approval workflow for reviewing and approving reports, including the ability to accept or reject individual sections of the data. Developed a specialized library for handling large data forms (hundreds of fields), featuring support for displaying fields in edit or view mode based on the report status and user permissions, computed fields, data validation and constraints, as well as error and annotation displays for each field.
