Business Development

My immersion in the world of technology and business began in 1996, when I started my Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing from a reputable Indonesian university**. This academic foundation grounded me in strategic business principles and a deep understanding of market dynamics. Just two years later, in 1998, my entrepreneurial spirit ignited, and I embarked on the journey of running my own physical retail store. This venture became my real-world classroom for the next 16-17 years, where I learned invaluable lessons firsthand: from deciphering consumer behaviors and anticipating market trends to mastering customer relationship management, effectively handling complaints, and optimizing daily operations. It was here that I truly grasped the tangible aspects of building and maintaining a successful business, all while adapting to the nascent digital shifts.

Through this extensive period, I've had a unique front-row seat to the internet's evolution. Experiencing the transformation from letters to email, hard cash to digital payments, and countless other changes has given me an unparalleled insight into how human interaction and action evolve with technology. For instance, I've seen firsthand how the immediacy of digital communication changed everything from customer service expectations in my retail store to the rapid spread of information in online communities. My daily diet of tech news across computing and mobile has further cemented an innate understanding of how technology shapes lives.

Around 2014-2015, as I transitioned from my physical store, I pivoted my entrepreneurial drive directly into the evolving digital landscape, notably becoming an early P2P vendor in the cryptocurrency market. This ground-floor involvement with emerging technologies has honed my ability to detect fraud, understand peer-to-peer dynamics, and grasp real-world applications of innovative systems. As of now, I am still active in the P2P world, continuously adapting to new digital frontiers and observing the subtle shifts in digital commerce and interaction.

While I may not code, I possess a strong familiarity with key programming languages used in general software development. This unique blend of deep user empathy, technical awareness, and proven business acumen allows me to effectively act as a crucial bridge between end-users and development teams. I can translate complex user needs into actionable technical requirements and ensure the final product truly resonates with its audience.

This extensive background, coupled with a highly developed sense for intuitive user experience and a diverse range of practical experiences, represents a powerful asset. I am confident my skills and perspective can significantly benefit any role where a deep understanding of evolving human-technology interactions and practical business acumen are highly valued.
