I have spearheaded daily business operations, including product inventory maintenance, visual merchandising, brand management, stock levels, and customer service, coordinating between the team, Regional Manager, human resources, and the operations team. Oversaw scheduling of store personnel to protect company assets. Managed a program running day-to-day processes of the store.  

        * Project-managed successful implementation of several key initiatives, including store schematics projects and continuous improvement plans, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.

        * Coordinated with 11+ representatives from at least five different companies/vendors to furnish the store with products across three distinct categories.

        * Controlled inventory audits with less than 0.5%  variance and ranked among the top 25% of more than 100 stores.
