I am a recent graduate of the B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) program from the School of Law, NMIMS Bengaluru, and I am keen to begin my professional journey in a role that allows me to contribute meaningfully to legal compliance and corporate governance.

During my apprenticeship with Biocon Biologics, I had the opportunity to gain practical exposure to corporate compliance functions. My responsibilities included drafting and implementing internal policies, coordinating enterprise-wide policy translations, monitoring regional compliance requirements, and supporting audit processes. I also assisted in conducting Code of Conduct trainings and in preparing board-level presentations on key regulatory and governance matters, including labour laws, anti-bribery and corruption, conflict of interest, dawn raids, and ISO 37001.

In addition, my internships with Unacademy and reputed law firms enabled me to develop strong skills in legal research and drafting. I have worked on employment agreements, commercial contracts, regulatory research, pleadings, and corporate documentation, which has strengthened my understanding of both advisory and transactional legal work.

I am highly motivated to work in an organization that values ethical practices, regulatory compliance, and professional integrity. I believe that my academic background, coupled with my hands-on experience and strong research and drafting abilities, would allow me to add value to your legal team.
