- As a project manager I have 10 years of experience in project and change management. I worked with data processing and data governance. I bring organizational elevation wherever stationed thanks to my interest and understanding between cultures, departments and processes.
- Throughout my career I have been involved in a variety of projects such as: implementing functionalities in the eCommerce, developing websites and app, roll out of ERP systems, ISO business process optimization, information management for humanitarian aid and much more.
- I have coached the national badminton team of Aruba with passion and brought players to compete at the South American Games.
- I am keen to leverage my expertise in an innovative environment with a worldly vision.
3. What job am I looking for?
By joining this platform I look forward to get started in the Web3 and cyber world as a project manager combined with coaching capabilities, as these are my current strongest skills to help any Web3 and cyber organization moving forward. At the same time I am learning about blockchain, cyber and web3 dev as I feel this is the least of basic understanding to develop myself into fulfilling new roles in this dynamic environment. I am open to fully remote work and relocation is an option.

During the COVID-19 crisis, I ran the technical operation of the Cash Voucher Assistance project so that 20% of Aruba’s population received emergency monetary aid to support their daily livelihood. • Did CRM data management of 10.000 beneficiaries and kept them informed about their application process, received cash and other crucial updates. • Executed periodic data cleaning of the CRM system to prevent fraud and process errors, to support selection process, and decision-making. • Supported Red Cross Aruba pass 2 periodic audits by maintaining and updating client CRM system according to standard protocols, GDPR and local regulation.
