My background was in IT which developed into Business IT. My first venture was a staffing company for technology driven roles across specialist sectors Banking ICT Mobile & Pharma.
Was awarded as a fast growth company in the UK by Richard Branson & The Sunday Times as well as awards for innovation and job creation by the European Union. Built the service business to 25mill revenue with 250 staff members. Started as a recruited ended as the CEO. 
I have now consulted in various companies since then within the Service, SaaS, Web 3.0, Fashion and Wellbeing sector. Acted as an incubator to help evolve and grow the business.

With all my experience and recognising the future of the blockchain/Web 3.0 I really want to impact an innovative organisation that is helping shape the future of Web 3.0 and the Blockchain. I for see initially utilising my Business Dev capabilities and possible my Talent Acquisition skills. After the success of those roles the opportunity to grow with the company and take on new challenges would be very rewarding.
